3D model description

It takes time to design and create these things, so if you like it.... the "like" button is not that far away from the download button to show some appreciation ;)

For the new Cyrus 3d printer I am going to use the E3D extruder with an geared motor. currently in early phase of testing , I Haven't printed anything with it yet but I don't forsee any problems with it.

I would do at least 50% infill, I did 75% for my own. only 3 pieces to print. Pressure is adjusted by simple screw (see cross section render).

It is currently in working condition :) tested it myself today work's great

3D printing settings

Printed with 75% infill,

I used 1x (3x8x4 bearing which is held in place by an M3x12 socket cap screw).

The whole part clicks into eachother and is held together tightly by M3 screws. The fan on the picture is the original one which comes when you order the E3D extruder.

It's quite self explanatory... should you get stuck, let me know!

Do follow the assembly instruction on their site closely as it prevents headache later!
