3D model description

Building my MPCNC 2019

Leave a like to Support me in the #XYZCHALLENGE

This is my smaller Version of the pretty common Handheld Housing .
Also if you print those Inlays in White its possible to add also a Backlight .

I used Lightened Switches form Aliexpress. 60mm Rotary Encoder and the Potis are also from Aliexpress. So youll get a pretty awesome Controller for your CNC for less than 50 $.

I still wait for the last Parts to make it perfect. I will show more Pictures when its done.

Feel Free to contact me if you have some Ideas to make it better.

I wired it up to use it with the Arduino Mega 2560 and with Estlcam. Its pretty awesome.

Encoder - https://amzn.to/33ydsSM * (5 Volts needed)
Push Buttons - https://short1.link/evrUDZ (5 Volts needed)
Push Buttons Update 12V - https://de.banggood.com/custlink/G3vKCdGdfO (will change to 12V because of my housing lightning)
Arduino Mega - https://amzn.to/3tzCtHQ *
Endstops i use - https://de.banggood.com/custlink/G3mKpdGCve (5 needed)
Nema 17 Step Engine - https://amzn.to/33uUtZC * (5 needed)

I bought the other Switches in a local Store. You need also two Rotary Poti Switches with 4,7kOhm and one Rotary Switch 2P6T 2 Pole 6 Position

Print the Inlays in White so youre able to light the Housing from the Inside to light up the Letters. Ill use 12V for the Light inside with a seperate cable. You may have to use a D-Sub 37 Connector to set up all functions. D-Sub 25 works without the Backup Lightning ( Lights in Switches will still work / they need 5v)

UPDATE : Here youll find my Holder for this Controller, keep your space nice and structured -> https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/tool/mpcnc-jog-wheel-mounting-plate

Visit this Site to get it run - https://www.estlcam.de/handrad.php
its on german, maybe use google translator

I Set it up like in the Link and it works perfect, Mega 2560 -> TB6600-> Nema 17

Tool lenght Sensor, Touch Plate, Milling Cutter Cooling , Endstops and a lot more will also come.
