3D model description

This is a working Batarang.
After designing it I fabricated all the components on a small CNC milling machine however i see no reason why they would not work with a 3D printer.

You may need to play about with the spring tension etc so as to ensure the springs do not rip the pins out.

The wings use 2 X 3mm pins and the spring's attach to a 2mm pin.

there are 3 X M3 8mm Long socket head cap screws that hold everything together and the front emblem is held on with a couple of self tapping screws that are no more than 4mm long.

3D printing settings

I would suggest trying to print it as solid as possible. the body may come out OK with a 50% infill but there is a fair amount of pressure on the springs.
