Aboa* is a solution that can help you keep one of your new 2019 resolutions: smoke less and even quit smoking.

We can't force you to quit smoking, but we can find tips to help you.

Four package sizes are available: 5, 10, 15 and 20 cigarettes. Choose the one that best suits your needs and print it. Also print a substitute cigarette.

Assemble your package, fill in the number of cigarettes you consume but replace one with the substitute cigarette.

With a number of cigarettes defined on you, you will no longer be tempted to smoke anymore. Gradually replace your cigarettes with substitute cigarettes. Change the package for a smaller one until you use a size 5 package with 4 fake cigarettes and get to your last day as a smoker.

*Aboa means "of oneself, of one's own strength" in Arawak, the language of the Amerindian peoples who used tobacco in 1492 when Christopher Columbus discovered America.
