3D model description

The Rafts and Supports Flowers are to demonstrate when you need to select rafts and supports from the Settings menu in MakerBot Desktop. The first flower is printed without supports and the print quality has changed. The second flower is printed with supports and rafts to demonstrate what rafts and supports look like. The third flower had the supports removed so the user can see how supports changed the print quality.

3D printing settings

Download the .makerbot file and place the file on your usb stick. The .makerbot file is for a MakerBot Replicator Desktop 3D Printer (5th Generation).

If you need to print this file on other MakerBot Replicators, please download the .stl file and bring into MakerBot Desktop. Select the correct printer from the Device dropdown in the file menu bar. Print one file with Supports turned off in Settings. Print the file again with Supports turned on. Remove the supports upon completion. Finally print the file with Supports again. Do not remove supports on this print.
