3D model description

Soap trays usually have drains and/or contoured bases to try and keep the underside of a block of soap dry as damp soap is soft soap and soft soap washes away very quickly... not to mention leaving lots of soapy 'gunk' in the bottom of the tray.

The 'Soap Saver' is designed to be used in any existing soap tray... not instead of the tray. It holds the bar of soap in the air upright or on its side. It also angles backwards so it almost doesn't have any 'underside' surface area as the underside is the area that commonly stays damp... which makes a mess... and washes away very quickly during the next use. .

Most soap trays are made to try and keep soap dry underneath but few if any really do... the underside always stays damp regardless of drains and contours. This solves that issue...

Even bars of soap that are formed with a curve soon revert to having flat sides so suffer from the dampness, stay soft and wash away easily as a result. If you want drier longer lasting soap and less mess in your soap trays print some of these...

Print with Raft, standard resolution (0.20mm), 4 shells and 35% infill to make is sufficiently strong and durable.
