direct drive extruder

designed to be installed on every flat surface on T-slot profile

in the pic it is mounted on the Z top bolt a Pi3.

The hole for the pipe fit is designed to be threaded with 1/8 NPT or M10 on both side

There is no need to open the extruder to insert the filament

there are slope on all the insertion holes just respect the direction of the filament.

1 drive wheel allowed diameter from 9 up to 10 mm

1 624Z roller bearing

4 M3 x 20 mm hex socket DIN 912

1 M4 x 16 ISO10642

1 M4 x 20 ISO10642

2 M4 nuts

2 M4 washers

3D printing settings

the body can be printed without supports, like the lever and the trap.

Suggested layer height 0,25 and 3 perimeter minimum.

printing time approx 2 hours depending on your printer settings.
