3D model description

Instructions:

If you would like to change the shape a little, download the DXF file below.
I suggest to keep the bottom the way it is.
The extension in the front is for your hand to hold it down so it does not flip over when you launch things. You may keep it if you would like it.
Try to keep it the same height so the top spacer section is in the same spot.

To put it together, place one side flat on the table.
Put the dowel in the circle hole and the bottom spacers in with the divot towards the bottom of the catapult. The top one goes in with the divot facing the top of the catapult.
Place one circle on the dowel, then the arm with the larger divot facing the top and make sure it's in the back of the catapult, then the second circle.
Glue all in place except the arm. You want it to move freely with the circles keeping it centered.
Place the other side on top and line it up to press everything together.
Glue the other side on.
Glue the squares onto the larger divot on the arm in an L shape to hold things you are launching.
Loop a rubber band onto the bottom front spacer and go over the top spacer and around the arm onto the small divot.

Enjoy!

BE SAFE WITH THE CATAPULT. DO NOT LAUNCH AT OTHERS

The DXF files have one of everything needed. The side needs to be copied for a second one. The middle section needs to be copied for a total of three. The square needs to be copied for a second one. A wooden dowel 1.6" in length and 0.36" in diameter (can be changed easily) is also needed. The reason it is like this is so you can make modifications as you wish then copy instead of having a crowded work space and deleting extras then copying. The AI document has everything arranged neatly and packed in the corner, ready to be cut out.
