3D model description

I have a 1200mm wingspan and this cowl fits perfectly following the original pattern. I guess it can be adapted to different size Piper CUB models. Just scale it up or down according to your needs.

3D printing settings

Print without infill with 2 shells.
Use 8 or 10 top layers for better top surface finish and higher resistance.

After printing, please remove the excess material like the bottom layers and the top layers covering the holes. This can be done with a dremel or with a soldering iron.

Ideally LW-PLA, but I also used regular PLA successfully.
