3D model description

For the boxing of the DS0 138 oscilloscope at 15€ FPC

😫La solution of the slide switches is not terrible...difficult to move, I unsoldered the 3 slide switches and put soldered extensions to have the switches flush with the cover.

I took the opportunity to put some new switches from qualité👌.

I added an open lid on the switch side for the refractories to be welded!

I know that an acrylic case is offered, but it raises the overall price and leads to Belgian customs fees that exceed the value of the oscillo... :(

Simple, just print the base, cover, slide and push buttons.

The oscilloscope is not extraordinary, but it's more than enough for me to do odd jobs...

The hole of the probe's plug is too big...but this is intentional, to be able to enter the oscillo in the case by tilting it.

The case is so adjusted that I didn't need to fix the oscillo, but there are screw holes for the screws.

I carved a small plexi, to protect the screen from blows, to fix with white glue.

Do not forget to put 4 small wood screws 2.5x10 to fix the cover.

3D printing settings

I wouldn't give too much advice given my average impression (I wanted to go too fast!).

The slide buttons have to be separated by a saw cut, there are 4 of them ( 3 are sufficient), the small pushers have to be separated with a cutter.
