3D model description

Welcome to my Build a Pype Bongs! This is a full size beaker and it works as good if not better then a $200+ glass piece. The neck detaches from the bottom. I have percolators designed up that are also interchangeable as well as can be stacked that I will eventually upload.

Down stem: 18mm glass down stem
Bowl: 18mm glass bowl for down stem
Rubber O-ring: I will add the exact size soon but a few different sizes will work, commonly found at local hardware stores.

Bottom beaker orientation: bottom beaker should be flat and sitting upright.

Beaker neck orientation: The part where your lips would go should be on bottom and the O-ring grove should be upwards.

NO SUPPORTS NEEDED

To make the pieces operational simply put a rubber O-ring on to the end the Neck or Percolator where the groove in the parts are. It is suggested to post process each piece by sanding, priming and sealing with a food safe resin for long term use or use them as disposables. Depending on O-ring size used tolerance will vary, with tighter tolerance twisting while removing or putting the parts together makes it easier.

Suggested to be printed with food contact safe filaments such as PETG or PLA usually natural or clear colors with no harmful dyes, tho this would be less of a concern if the parts are coated and sealed.

If you like my designs please feel free to donate! I'll continue to add awesome adapters and improvements as well as new products and designs, thanks!

3D printing settings

I used a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.25mm both worked fine so others should too.

Infill is up to you depending on how strong and heavy you want it to feel.
