3D model description

Will fit any 91mm Vitorinox Swiss Army Knife.

firesteel.com tiny rods. They're 1/8"x 2"

Make sure you change the length dimension only on your slicer for 91.3mm to be sure the hole spacing is right for the rivets on the knife. This is due to shrinking with PLA. Not sure about other filaments.

Print with a brim and you will have a nice little plug that snaps out of the holes leaving perfect sockest for the rivets. Without a brim you have to trim the holes larger. I don't know why this happens but the brim makes them perfect.

This scale now prints with a 4mm diameter hole. The 1/8th inch rod slides in easily now. no drilling needed.

I use gorilla glue to glue the elastic and rod into the handle.

This is the last update I'm going to do on this.

3D printing settings

0.15 layer height, 75mm/s 100% infil. PLA 200* and 50* bed temp.

I think .10 layer hieght at 50 mms and 20mm bottom layer, 20mm wall/perimeter makes for a solid peice of plastic. you can drill it larger for a thicker rod.PETG at 245 with above settings in the new updated pictures.
