Master Sword, from Zelda Twilight Princess

Master Sword 3D model (from Twilight Princess design), for 3D printing.

Attention: this is a digital 3D model. No physical objects will be sent.

This digital model was created by me in order to be 3D printed and be used as cosplay prop. The model is high-poly, so it has smooth curves and will look nice when printed. I provide digital files as a single STL as well as multiples pre-cutted files, so that you can use what most fit your needs and 3D printer.

For assembly, I recommend the use of a 5/16” steel rod (or 8mm) in the internal slot, which will give strength to assembly and a nice weight to the completed sword. Parts should be glued together with appropriate glue for the polymer you use. Parts then can be sanded and painted according to references and personal taste.

You will receive the following files:
1) Master Sword 3D model (STL files);
2) Reference images from sword in multiple views and other assembly recommendations (ZIP file).

This Master Sword is 99 cm long.

I printed it in ABS, but you can use PLA as well. Glue parts according to the polymer you used.

Have you printer well calibrated, as the STL parts were created with zero tolerance among them. Use Horizontal/XY Compensation if needed.
