A smile to fix on a transparent film

for a leisure visor.

Attaches to the lower part of the clear film.

2 A4 punch holes in the film and it's installed.

This principle can be declined ad infinitum!

I created this principle with another model for a young girl "Imen", to help her to support a protective mask, the fact of decorating her visor will "maybe" help her to accept a mask to go to her appointments at the hospital, which are important for her health.

The principle I used

"if you have a mouth on a visor,

you can't have a second mouth visible behind it.

3D printing settings

Print tested 0.3mm

with internal supports (for fasteners)

and reinforced filling (for fasteners)

thickness 2,1mm

weight: 8 gr

to round out the smile, heat slightly to give the shape.

A hairdryer, a round container with the desired diameter and you're done ;-)
