RC Dakar truck MAN Chassis: Axial SCX10 II Scale: 1:12 Dimensions: 540x320x216 mm Filament: 1900/2200 g Printing time: 140 hours approx. Dakar rides a fast assistance truck or racing truck. The assistance truck is the same as a civilian truck, and the racing truck has a shifted cab far beyond the front axle, and so we made two types of cab. It is up to you which cab you print :-). The rear part is the same for both. The model can be printed at two basic heights. 1 "zero" good for tires up to 100 mm 2 "+10" suitable for original RC Dakar tires from RC4WD (107 mm) written in file +10 Stl files are reduced ten times. With custom print settings, increase them in Slicer from 100% to 1000%. Slicer settings: Perimeters: 3 Filling: min. 30% and for the frame we recommend min 40%. Print the "back frame grid" on 35% fill. without upper and lower layer.

We can also send gcody directly to facebook etc after verifying the purchase of the model. Gcodes are set for PLA Material needed for construction: - I used the maximum wheelbase of the Axial (312 mm) and expanded it by 9 mm front and 7 mm rear. We added 3 files for the back of the truck. The rear cover for easy folding can be completely printed out and screwed together.
1 front part
2 middle part
3 rear part with wing
2 parts for printing constructions on the upper cover of the rear part.
Please be careful - the model will be about 300-350 grams heavier.

Dakar jezdí asistenční kamion nebo závodní kamion. Asistenční kamion je stejný jako civilní kamion a závodní kamion má posunutou kabinu více za přední nápravou a proto jsme vyrobily dva typy kabiny. Je na vás kterou kabinu si vytisknete :-). Zadní díl je pro oba stejný. Model lze vytisknou ve dvou základních výškách. 1 "nula" dobré pro pneu do 100 mm 2 "+10" vhodne pro originální pneu RC Dakar z RC4WD (107 mm) napsáno u souboru +10 Stl soubory jsou desetkrát zmenšené. Při vlastním nastavením tisku je ve Sliceru zvetšete ze 100% na 1000%.
Nastavení Sliceru: Perimetry: 3 Výplň: min. 30% a pro rám doporučujeme min 40%.
Můžeme také poslat gcody přímo na facebook atd, po ověření zakoupení modelu. Gcody jsou nastaveny pro PLA
Potřebný material na stavbu: - využil jsem maximální rozvor Kitu pro Axial(312 mm) a ten jsem rozšířil o 9 mm vpředu a o 7 mm vzadu. Duležité je aby pasovaly pneumatiky do podběhů. - PSH (tvrdá plastová deska) tloušťka 0.5 mm nebo 1 mm pro stavbu zadní časti kamionu (obal) Pokud by byl kryt vytištěný na tiskárně bude moc težky. - M4 závitovou tyč pro výrobu kratšího táhla od serva. délka 63 cca. - Polykaronátovou desku nebo plexisklo pro vyrobení oken do kabiny. - Pro přední nárazník použijte Ledky s průměrem 5 mm. - Pro zadní část paraboly o průmeru 12 mm. Poté do ních vložíte LEDky o průměru 5 mm. - Kit - Brousící papír - barvu ve spreji

Na tomto kamionu jsme pracovali cca 6 měsíců. Vývoj byl náím trval hodně času a budeme rádi, když si zakoupíte soubory. My pak můžeme dále vyrábět další truck modely :-). Děkujeme moc za podporu.
