Titanstructure Dark future 8mm scale city tile for epic titanicus

Dark future 8mm - 10mm scale City Tile. The City tile is a 300mm x 300mm tile. The City Tile is a low plinth variant of the city tile with a 4 way intersection. The files provided are 1/4 of a tile and 4 pieces need to be printed and joined using the clips to make a single tile. If you are using the platforms with the tile, I recommend that you print at least one of the quarters with the leg support to add additional support to the flat building platform.
The tile has been deliberately split into 150mm x 150mm quarters to allow for printing on smaller bed printers.

The road sections are designed to be printed separately in order to gain a rough top texture from a flexible print surface. If you are printing on glass or other very smooth surface they should be textured with a light cross hatch sanding. The road tiles should be glued to the base but leave the connector pieces unattached to add flexibility should you wish to change layouts.

The clips are quite rigid and hold the tiles tightly but can be difficult to remove completely. They can of course be pulled out with pliers, but that will likely damage the clip and a new one will need to be used. (the tiles are not really intended to be re-configured on a quarter by quarter basis very often but it is possible if required). The clips are ideally printed using a skirt for better bed adhesion. No supports, skirts or rafts are required for the tile components.
