3D model description

"Over-Engineered" Paper Roller

While converting the d.i.d. - Scalable Pen Plotter project to work as a vinyl cutter, I managed to get everything working reliably except the provided paper roller design. I went through multiple different designs but ended up sticking with a definitely over engineered solution. It consists of a captive spring and o-rings riding on a bearing.

Other than the bolts, you will need these parts:

Springs
O-Rings Can be found elsewhere aslong as ring matches these specifications: Inner diam.: 10 mm Outer diam.: 15 mm Width: 2.5 mm

Bearings 624ZZ

Important Note:
This part is not compatible with my other vinyl cutter attachment. I have redesigned my old part to support this, and may publish if there is demand.
