3D model description

Here is a custom project box for an ESP6288, TP4056 Lithium charging board, MPU6050 Gyro and two 1100 mA/h batteries.

The ESP6288 and Gyro pull around 90mA and the batteries last about 24 hours.

There are 2 USB ports, one for charging and one to program the ESP board in situ a slot for a small on/off switch and two retaining clips for the power switch and Gyro board.

I printed the box with Blue 'ABS like photopolymer resin' on a ELEGOO MARS printer and didn't need any post print work to fit any parts. The ESP onboard blue LED shines brightly through the case as a power light.

The external clips in the photos are an addition to hang the box on a piece of glass while installing a vertical Insulated Glass production line. The ESP creates a wireless access point and displays the Gyro data on a mobile phone web browser.

60 seconds for the base layers and 8 seconds for the rest. Layer height 0.05mm 5 layer base count. All Standard settings
