9" Estink screen case

The version made available is LOGO-FREE.

A friend bought 9" screens alone, without a case and asked me if I could create one for him, the goal being to be able to transport them easily and that they don't take up any space.

So I created this box to be as small as possible and as simple as possible to print (there is not much support).

This box is designed to be placed directly on a table or carried by hand, or more specifically, hung with straps (see photos).

The case is composed of 7 elements:

• The base is the largest piece, on which the electronic cards are fixed.

• The lid that closes the box and holds the screen in place.

• 5 small buttons to come on, and adjust the screen settings.

The assembly is very simple and is done with small screws:

I used 6 small M3x8 screws to close the case and fix the small card.

and 3 screws M2.5x10 to fix the large board

For printing, I made several tries before printing it correctly on my Ender 3 (I made 4)

In addition, I spent some time on CURA to remove unnecessary media and thus save almost 1 hour of printing time.

To avoid you to do all this cutting part, I put at your disposal the file prepared under CURA. You will then be able to use it to choose your printer or to increase the printing quality and choose the best parameters corresponding to your experience on your printer.

Personally, the first layer is printed at a thickness of 0.25mm and at a greatly reduced speed. This gave me a better grip.

I have cut out this model in CURA and made the CURA saves (.3mf file) available for the base and the cover.

I have printed this model on the ENDER 3 with the following parameters:

Filament: PLA Ø1.75mm

Nozzle: Ø0.4mm

Layer thickness: 0.2mm for the base and buttons and Dynamic (automatic under culture between 0.2mm and 0.12mm) for the lid.

Nozzle temperature: 200°.

Plateau temperature: 50°.

Printing speed: 50mm/s

Adhesion: none

Filling: 20%.

For the cover :

no support is necessary

I advise you to recover the .3mf file that I put at your disposal for cura to have the printing parameters for a first layer that adheres correctly.
