3D model description

I made this dispenser to avoid me to use 2 hands to pull the tapes and cut them properly.

At the beginning, it was for one sort of tape, finaly, i added more sorts.

As is, this dispenser can hold 4 dimensions, but you can adapt it easily:

1 x 19 mm
1 x 25 mm
1 x 35 mm
1 x 50 mm

All with standard 76mm support (mandrel), and with 130mm max diameter for the tape roll.

To be usefull, you'll need to add lead or another heavy metal in the bottom part (called "bac à plomb"). You can put approx 1.5 kg !!! (EDIT 2018/03/12: The exact weight is 3.2 kg of lead. I made my ballast today, and i used 3.2 Kg. In use, that's not too much).

To build your own dispenser you'll have to print:
1 Left Holder (Flanc gauche.stl)
1 Right Holder (Flanc droit.stl)
1 Bottom part (Bac à plomb.stl)
5 Separators (Séparateur.stl), to avoid contact between 2 rolls)
8 Half supports (demi mandrin.stl)
1 Blade holder (Barre avant.stl)
1 Blade (Lame.stl)

Edit 2018/03/01: Some mandrels of lowcost tape rolls are not exactly 76mm diameter. So i add today 3 spacers than can be positionned on the M6 rod, between half supports. That insure the half support to not move.

Edit 2018/03/02: Photo of finished thing added

1 5 mm spacer (entretoise 5mm.stl)
1 15 mm spacer (entretoise 15mm.stl)
1 30 mm spacer (entretoise 30mm.stl)

Make it fun !!!

EDIT 2018/03/03:

The screws on the blade are a problem, as the tape does'nt touch the blade correctly. So i decided to change the design of the blade (4mm thickness instead of 2 mm, and had hole to insure the heads of the screews to be under the surface of the blade).

You can find the new stl file : (Lame V2.stl) in the thing files.
