3D model description

If you find that this works with other Suzuki models, please let me know so that I can update the description.

Please see the enclosed Cura picture showing the print orientation. I use a Prusa i3 clone and this seems to be the best printing orientation that I could find in my test runs.

I made this design because the $200.00 DR350SE that I resurrected had its trip knob broken off. I had tried another design that I located here on Thingiverse but found that I would need to glue it on for it to be reliable and not fall off the bike.

This design incorporates the very fine and small screw that came with the original knob. I opted to craft this part by trying to stay as true as possible to the original as I could and did not want to have to rely on using glue to keep the part attached to the Suzuki speedometer. I only had a small amount of plastic knob left to measure from, so the part is not a perfect duplicate, but is workable.

I did include cutouts on the face of the knob to give the user better purchase of the dial; especially when using it with gloves on.
