3D model description

I can't even express how unhappy I've been with the different solutions I've used from Thingiverse for X axis belt tension on my A8. It has endlessly been a thorn in my side since day one with this printer.

Now that I'm done ranting, I present an entirely new design that takes the belt tension's pressure away from the Z axis's right carriage entirely, and doesn't depend on forcing itself against anything to provide continuous tension.

Bill of materials:
* 2x this print
* 1x 3mm bore GT2 pulley (16T or 20T) (https://amzn.to/2Sr45OD)
* 1x M3x20 screw (https://amzn.to/2XMIDtn)
* 2x M3x12 screw (see M3x20 link)
* 3x M3 Nylock or hex nut (https://amzn.to/2XLiCdM)

This was designed to hold a toothed pulley, but I'm sure you could also use the hilarious flanged bearings that the printer shipped with.

Print two and clamp them onto the X axis rails near the right Z axis mount. Using your fingers, push against the vertical frame piece (NOT the z carriage) to apply tension to the belt, then tighten into place.

Before you ask, yes, you will sacrifice a small amount of travel on the X axis (this piece is 18mm wide), but it you put it in a good spot, the nozzle should still be able to reach the entire bed. Your mileage may vary, especially depending on mods you've put on the printer.
