3D model description

A complete set of sorting inserts for the Sortimo L-boxx 102 box.
Contains 32 different inserts with all combinations from 1 to 5 slots wide and any combination thereof.

The boxes have been optimized for quick print and minimal filament use while at the same time being rigid enough. Bottoms edges are chamfered instead of filleted for trouble free printing without support.

A set of special side inserts has been designed for maximum L-boxx utilization. These have cut out slots for trouble-free closure of lid.

All boxes are 62mm in height. For extreme use I recommend that your l-boxx 102 lid have the original sortimo foam insert installed (art. 121014678). This insert will keep your assortment in place within the boxes even when the l-boxx is turned upside down.

05.04.2021 - I've included editable step files as well as the parametrizable f360 files, for those who want to customize their own inserts.

3D printing settings

No support. No raft required.
PLA is adequate for most uses. If you intent to use the l-boxx in your car or outdoors then print with PETG.
