Volvo V50/S40/C30 Stereo Trim

I designed this trim for the stereo of my 2006 Volvo V50 because I plan to build in a custom DAB unit and do't want to ruin the stock piece. It should fit Volvo models with the same waterfall opening as the one in the photo.

I designed this part to be a base to work with. You can easily cut openings and add things to it after printing. Things like mobile phone holders, cup holders etc can be added to the parts without damaging the original trim piece.

It does not lock in place the same way as the original Volvo trim, but is still secure. First insert it in the bottom of the dash opening and then bend the trim piece to clip the top lugs behind the dash opening.

The integrated DAB adapter I used for 07 and 08 is a cheap adapter with FM transmitter that has pretty good audio quality. It need to have the cigarette lighter plug cut off and then the voltage regulator removed and wires soldered on the back to make it work directly on 12V instead of through the cigarette lighter port. The front and backside parts are printed separately to improve printability and allow for PLA to be used for the stiff inside structure with overhangs.

-Stereoramme01 is the inside piece which can be printed from PLA, but ASA or ABS is needed in hot environments.
-Stereoramme02 is the external piece that should be glued onto the face of 01. It should be printed from ASA or ABS to withstand sun and heat.
-Stereoramme03 is the external piece without CD slot.
-Stereoramme04 is the external piece without LCDopening.
-Stereoramme05 is the external piece without any openings.
-Stereoramme06 has a holder for 151 mm long phones. Fits my Moto G5S with soft protective casing.
-Stereoramme07 Inside piece for integrated DAB adapter.
-Stereoramme08 Externam piece for integrated DAB adapter.

100% infill and two perimeters is good.
