3D model description

Based on my CR-10 and Ender3 Single Mount (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3962768) this uses two of these extruders in one housing for multi-material printing.

#This does not fit Ender3 or CR-10 machines!
This is for the Anet A8 or the 3DLS (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4031698)

Sumerlin_Designing (https://www.thingiverse.com/Sumerlin_Designing/about) requested it!

The Ender3 is 24v and the CR-10 series is 12V. Be sure to get the right extruder!

It is made to be printed with support. It uses a 40mm cooling fan and a stock Anet style 50mm blower and fan duct. I like the Spriya Fan Duct (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2133328).

Be sure to print one normal and one mirrored for the other side!

It also uses stock type X belt mounts. You can use the stock thing with the M3 bolts or use about any Anet A8 X belt holder found on here, I use this one (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3970966)

The mount uses M4x25 socket head screws and captive nuts to attach the sections together. There's a max head diameter of 8mm for these screws. The extruder mounts with M3x30 screws and captive nuts.. The fans and BLTouch can use M3 screws but I recommend self threading types.

Note the distance between the extruders is 22.4mm. The BLTouch is centered so 11mm positive offset in Marlin and it's 15mm behind the nozzle.

Set as follows in Marlin 2+:

#define EXTRUDERS 2

#define HOTEND_OFFSET_X { 0.0, 22.40 } // (mm) relative X-offset for each nozzle

#define HOTEND_OFFSET_Y { 0.0, 0.00 } // (mm) relative Y-offset for each nozzle

#define HOTEND_OFFSET_Z { 0.0, 0.00 } // (mm) relative Z-offset for each nozzle

#define NOZZLE_TO_PROBE_OFFSET { 12, 15, -2 }

Grab a Calibration print and some instructions here (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3199724)

I highly recommend Marlin 2+ and a SKR 1.4 board for this project. You can see my SKR 1.3, 1.4 & MKS SGEN L Board Setup Tutorial with TMC2208 UART (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4068645) and Marlin 1.1.x or 2.x on Anet A8 Guide (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2783450) for more info!

Includes my new Doom Donut Fan Duct. This is pictured.

#Thank you!
