IMPORTANT the bmg should not be adjusted if it needs to be somthing is wrong with the qc if its a clone. bondtech 415 is correct if you have to adjust flow more then 10 percent theirs issues between the hotend and the extruder. prusa uses 280 on the none geared extruder trust the companys that made the device know what their talking about.

SILICONE BED SPACERS WHY antivibration / wobble from the springs 150-250 mms they bcome a visable issue bouncing /swaying- slowmotion camera wouldn't be pretty.
screws buy metric bundle kit they generally cointain everything required
important the spacers are garbage stock replace them. the tolerances typically almost fit a m6 screw..... hense the frame alignment instability issues/ assembly difficultys.
wires heavly suggest dupont crimp set
lock nuts / washers on everything they matter this is a high performance build it needs to be reliable eveywhere and things not coming loose.

REQUIREMENTS
BMG OR OEM BMG CLONES wire brush the teeth to sharpen and debur check the gear has no excess plastic under the hob gear if it does cut it hob should be flush to the gear. the lever print a bondtech version to get rid of the massive gap.
v6 or v6 volcano duct works with either. - the lock requires the bowden version or a clone heatsink to thread into. a tube straight down with and adaptor also works however less stable but not problematic.

IMPORTANT
retract if its working right is between 0.5-0.8 pla slightly more for absand petg up to 0.8- 1mm for things like tpu retract speed is 20mms-30 depending on material never set it higher and machine gun the nozzle it leads to pressure issues.
to assemble first put the mount on and the lock. loosen the threaded adapter to the apropriate height to line up with the bmg rear bracket. i slide the rear bracket on after the v6 is installed its a tight fit dont be afraid to bend the mount slightly back to get it in. then install the front bmg cover. be weary of the large gear on the bmg they like to tilt as you seemble it make sure it lines up the gear bearing or the bmg case will not close. then install the screws and you are done.
