3D model description

Presenting the first fully functional and printable deadlift jack. Designed specifically give a cheaper and simpler alternative to all metal deadlift jacks. An easy way to load and deload any standard gym barbell!

Prop the jack underneath one end of the bar and slowly bring the jack down to raise the one end of the bar. Allowing for adding or subtracting places from a loaded barbell with ease.

Specifications:
-Includes two model downloads (small and large)
-Can lift any standard barbell from floor level, allowing easy loading/unloading of weight
-NO SUPPORTS needed to print
-Tested hands on extensively for month of workouts with PLA, PETG, PLA+, ABS, and Nylon thermoplastic printable materials.
-Able to withstand and raise a single end of a barbell with over 400lbs loaded w/ (800lb+ total bar weight).
-Large Print Bed Required (Minimum 300x300mm) - Will NOT fit an Ender 3 or similar sized printers. Cr10S is what I used for all shown examples.

Printer Used: Creality Cr10S (Large print bed required)

Layer Height: 0.2mm+ (I've printed with up to 0.4mm LH)

Material: In posted examples IC3D PETG was used. Green/Blue
