I wanted to have versatile e-liquid mixer for my mods. I take a lot of juice per week, so usually I mixed them in 100ml bottles...
Unfortunately aging takes long time. There are 2 options how to speed it up-heating it to high temp, or mix it..
I did not found any usable mixer here, so I created my own. I did not wanted any with servo motor, as they are very loud(lots of chinese gears...)
My wife is using textile paints and before using, you have to mix thoroughly, so she only put bottle into holder, fix it by velcro strap and connect power..Just adjust speed and let it mix a few minutes...
I used Arduino pro mini clone from Ali(less than 2Euro), A4988 stepper driver, 4k7 potentiometer and 12V power supply. I will not post connections here, as everybody can find how to connect it and stepper potentiometer sketch on The INTERNET....
Here is very good example of code and drawing:
https://www.makerguides.com/a4988-stepper-motor-driver-arduino-tutorial/
I did not wanted to have it complicated, so a few of screws is needed.
2x M4 nut and screw for bottle stopper block
4x M3x12 screw and washers for motor fixing
2x M3x8 for securing bottle holder on motor axle(not really needed as it is tight fit)
some 2,5x10 wood screws for attaching velcro holders and bottom cover
4x 2.5x25 wood screws to avoid misalignment of TPU stopper(avoid rotation)
1x Arduino pro mini or nano
1x A4988 driver. If possible, replace it by TMC2208 for quiet operation
1x4k7 potentiometer with knob
1x DC barrel jack for panel mount(depends on your power supply)
1x 12V power supply(500mA is enough)
1xNEMA 17 stepper motor(I used smallest i had at home Microcon SX17-1003LQCEF)
Installation is straightforward, so it after testing motor functionality, assembly can be done within 20 minutes.
I also created some logos to be superglued to case after assembly, so it looks more better... SMOK,Tesla Cigs, Eleaf, Wismec
Fits bottles from 10 to 100ml(stoppers are adjustable)
printed from ABS, holes for motor axle tapered by M3
