3D model description

I scrapped the shipped extruder setup the first week of owning my RXL and spent a year designing and redesigning the x-carriage, hot end, cold end combo that could deliver consistent results. Several designed in I realized I wasn’t address the real issue - the aluminum x-carriage. It is bulky and has inadequate mounting options so I scrapped it too and below is my resulting setup.

STL includes - RXL X-Carriage replacement, e3d v5 hotend older and 20mm fan mount.

Total cost was less than $100 and total worth the piece of mind.
