3D model description

This is a cool looking (a.k.a. Absurd) fan finger guard that I made while experimenting with Solidworks. It works really well.

Note: This doesn't work on the Rep2's extruder fan. It fits on the fan, with the normal screws, but due to it's thickness it hits the front of the bot's frame. You can, of course, print it in a Rep2.

3D printing settings

I printed this on my Rep2 using 0.2 mm layers, 0 extra shells, 100% infill, and no supports or rafts.

The Solidworks source file is included for download.
