Star Wars Legion Terrain - Tatooine Dwellings

UPDATED: I have added a number of other buildings in this same theme. There are three larger sizes (Square, Hex, and Octogon shaped) and a smaller style with two different style sides, and interchangeable roof. I had originally thought to sell the STL files as a package online, but don't want to deal with the headache. (So don't forget that Tip button is you like what I do.)

UPDATE: 4/4/19 - For those having issues with the Small Square house printing poorly because the radius edge and the peg holes, I've moved the holes in a bit to improve the print.

Also, all house models now use the same door system. I am hoping to add a few new door styles to this collection as well soon enough, but for now the same door should fit ALL the houses.

Another desert house structure for Star Wars Legion. I've been experimenting with different shapes based on what I've seen of screen shots of Mos Espa and Mos Eisely from the movies. Plus the terrain photos from the rule book included in the core set.

The lid prints seperate, and I just glued it on with a dab of super glue. The little alignment pins are more fragile than I was happy with, but it worked.

The painting I did here makes me happy. I think this will become my tabletop standard for desert structures:
Prime - Army Painters Desert Yellow
Krylon Stone Coarse Texture - Tavertine Tan
Thinned paint wash of Raw Sienna (cheap craft paint)
Dry brush of Khaki/Tan (cheap craft paint)
Dry brush of Linen (cheap craft paint)

It really reads as "Sandstone" when done.
