ABSTRACT

Resizable master spool for filament hanks. Suited for the filament hanks of the russian manufacturers Greg and Hi-Tech Plast. Also suitable for hanks of most other manufacturers.

SIZES

Outer diameter 204 mm.
Inner maximum diameter 96 mm.
Inner medium diameter 91 mm.
Inner minimum diameter 87 mm.
Inner width 54-66 mm.

SIDE VERSIONS

Two versions are available:

Version 1: Spool with sectional sides. Suitable for hotbeds smaller than 220x220 mm.

4 rim sections needs for one side, 8 for entire spool.

Version 2: Spool with solid sides. Suitable for hotbeds equal or greater than 220x220 mm

LATHS

There is three lath sizes

78 mm length, for hanks up to 66 mm wide. Suited for Hi-Tech Plast filaments.
75 mm length, for hanks up to 63 mm wide. Suited for Hi-Tech Plast and Greg filaments.
72 mm length, for hanks up to 60 mm wide. Suited for Greg filaments.
All laths and clamp suited for all versions of sides.

3D printing settings

Material: any for sides and laths, PET-G or SBS for clamps.
Infill: 30%
Nozzle 0.2-0.4 mm
No supports.
