The fifth chakra, Vishuda, associated with the throat and with the thyroid and parathyroid glands, is the entrance to the miraculous and mysterious as it is ruled by the ether element.

What is the ether element of the fifth chakra?

The ether element of the Vishuda chakra is the condition of space and time for something to exist. It is the one that initiates the process of manifestation, since in the form of a ladder we find the elements: ether, air, fire, water and earth, being the ether the most subtle of all.

The ether element of the fifth chakra occurs long before there is anything precise, long before the air element appears, related to the feelings that initiate the process of commitment; followed by the fire that gives you the energy, the will and the clear objective to do something; and then the water that gives you passion to flow and immerse in each other; and finally the earth that provides you with the matter for its final manifestation.
