The fourth chakra (Anahata) of the heart is ruled by the air element, with subtle influence. Through air you display your emotions and cultivate compassion and capacity to love.

The symbol of the fourth chakra, Anahata, is a six-pointed star formed by two triangles, one pointing upwards and the other downwards, representing the point of balance in the body between the flow of energy to the sky and to the earth.

The heart chakra, Anahata, governs subtle sensations and the ability to touch, touch, and its functions also determine the sense of boundaries. It is related to the functioning of the immune system, the thymus gland and the pumping of the heart. It gives us unmistakable "gut feelings". It lets us know who we are and what we want in relationships. This fourth chakra is called Anahata because it is the sound of the meeting of two things without friction, without blow, and it is inaudible, which is only heard with love. In the heart chakra there is no conflict: heaven and earth come together in balance, the inner and the outer come together in fluid and spontaneous action.
