3D model description

This is a Prusa v2 x-carriage that needs to be paired with with a micro x-carriage http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:972856. It can optionally have a diiicooler http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1025471 mounted on it and it has a mounting hole for a 12mm dia. proximity sensor. The offset for the prox sensor is 45mm on the Y axis and 10mm on the X axis.

To remove this x-carriage base, you have to remove the 2 screws holding the diiicooler bracket, then undo 3 screws and the whole extruder comes right off. The micro x-carriage keeps the x-axis belts tensioned even with the extruder/hotend removed.

It was designed specifically for those chinese knock-off extruders that are all over sites like ebay, amazon, banggood, etc.
