3D model description

TAAAAAANK! This is a sculpt of the massive special infected known as the tank from the popular multiplayer zombie shooter called Left 4 Dead. This version of the character is a mix between Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2's tanks with an added personal twist, mainly in the jaw where my version's jaw has been ripped of as appose to simply being absorbed into the tanks massive muscles in the game. This download includes a full, solid model of the tank sculpt, a medium sized base of a road that the tank has crushed under his weight, and a smaller version of the base, as well as a model of the tank that has been split into multiple pieces for printing on smaller printers. Due to inconsistencies in Blender, the model is much, much smaller when imported to cura than it is in Blender. Be sure to scale it to 100000% if you want a statue that's 370 mm tall (Not even including the height of the base!) I've also included a .blend file in the .zip archive in case you want to make edits to help the model match your needs/wants. If you like this model, and want to see more special infected (and possibly the survivors!!), follow my cults profile!

3D printing settings

I used a .4 mm nozzle at .2 mm layer height. I used 7 top/bottom layers and 3 walls and 5% infill to lower the cost of printing. To print all of the parts of the tank, it will cost a couple of rolls of filament and about 3 to 4 weeks of print time, depending on your desired settings. Be sure to scale all the models to 100000% in cura (or whatever slicer you use) due to inconsistencies I've found in my version of Blender when exporting my models. This will give you a model that's roughly 370 mm tall (not including the base).
