Guqin prop

This prop is meant to imitate Lan Wangji's guqin from Grandmaster Of Demonic CUltivation.
There is a mini version (scaled for 1/6 dolls) as well as a life size version (split for 20x20x20 cm printers). Beware the life size version is MASSIVE and would take about 2 weeks and 4 spools of filament to finish.

However, when I modeled this I did some research regarding actual guqin construction and used blueprints and it might make actual sounds. I didn't find nearly enough information (and if I did it was contradictory) regarding Dragon's Tongue, Tone Pond, Sound Pool elements so I left them out because I have seen videos of instruments without them.

Assembly instructions

I recommend printing the pieces 2 by 2, then gluing them together using epoxy.
Example:

bottomL3 + bottomR3 = bottom3
topL4 + topR4 = top4

When you have all 12 segments (top1, top2, ..., top6, bottom1, bottom2, ..., bottom6) glue them 2 by 2 again, like this:
top1+top2 = T1
top3+top4 = T2
top5+top6 = T3
bottom1+bottom2 = B1
bottom3+bottom4 = B2
bottom5+bottom6 = B3

Then glue T1 + T2 + T3, B1 + B2 + B3 together. You will get the full top and bottom planks of the guqin.

Sand and paint the interior parts if you want (not the edges where they will be assembled!!)

Epoxy the top and bottom together.

If you sanded and painted the inside, use masking tape to protect the inside.

Sand and paint the outside.

Use some strings to complete the prop.
