3D model description

A tool for locating the center of a disc, very useful for woodworking, especially turning.

The first version is designed for a 27 mm wide, 1 mm thick rule.

The screws holding the set in position are 4 mm in diameter and 15 mm long (standard screws found in DIY stores).

The gcode file is for this version.

Version V2 offsets the setting by 0.5 mm from the center of the square to enable the pencil lead to be drawn perfectly in the right place.

Version V3 shifts the setting by 0.5 mm from the center of the square. It also allows adjustment for different set widths between 24 and 30.5 mm. The set is held in place by 4 mm diameter screws and nuts.

The entire assembly is made of ABS for greater strength.
