I wanted a cool looking, truely sub-sonic, quiet table fan on my desk.
That's when I bought a (relatively) cheap table fan and got creative.
All in all it took about a month, but I think the result is worth it.
The 40W motor is somewhat underpowered, in the future I plan to balance that with alternative blades with less 'thrust'.

EDIT Mar 2021:
I've included a mounting face template 'ttf_30001_template' to verify the dimensions and geometry of your table fan face plate. I've also revised the two pdf-drawings.

3D printing settings

Recommended 3D printing parameters:
- print in PLA @ 210deg C
- 0.4mm nozzle
- moderate speed
- 0.1mm layer height, 2.5mm infill spacing
- 3 walls, 8 upskins, 6 downskins
