3D model description

We present the DIABLO MINI, an airsoft grenade with a mechanical BB firing system that works with impact on the ground.

To have a functional grenade we strongly recommend that you after printing all the STL. files follow the instruction manual that´s in PDF. format in files to download.

The grenade it´s divided into two important parts, the firing mechanism and the application of the paper that prevents the BB's from falling during the game under the outer shell. Assemble this shell with a thread, note that the hole for the inner body and outer shell must be aligned to put the safety pin.

In addition to the STL files, you will also need:

  • Print the template sheet in PDF format that contains paper circles to put on top of the cylinder that houses the bb's so that they do not fall into play (we recommend recycled paper for environmental reasons)

  • x3 office rubber bands max. 30 mm Ø (at least 2 mm thick)

  • x 2 wires with 2mm Ø x 30mm length

  • x 1 pin

  • x 1 key ring

Will be necessary to create tension with the elastics between the cylinder that fires the BBs to create a consistent shot, it´s necessary to make several turns with the office elastic, be careful not to break the elastic.

Beyond the grenade, is attached files of the support for the molle system. Just assemble the ring that´s hold the grenade in L part and it´s ready to go.

We recommend using more resistant plastics such as ABS, PTEG, Nylon or ASA. However, PLA also works quite well.

Order to arm:

1) Press the central propulsion tube downwards until it locks,

2) Place the bb´s

3) Place a Template paper disc

4) Screw the outer body of the grenade, paying attention to the alignment of the holes for placing the safety pin

5) VERY IMPORTANT, before removing the safety pin and throwing the grenade, press the area where the paper disc is to check that the grenade really remains armed.
