3D model description

Feel free to contact me if you want to print and sell the printed model, without prior consent this is against Cults3D copyright policy.

Fitting a center stand on your Cowboy v2 or v3 bike is a great idea. Unfortunately it requires one of the electronics cables for the rear hub engine to be pulled aside, leaving it exposed next to the frame (picture added).

This riser block, once fitted between the center stand and the frame, will allow you to leave the cables nicely tucked under the frame, protecting them from external hazards.

Depending on the type of top bracket your stand came with, it might be required to purchase a more narrow one to properly mount the stand and block to the frame. The bolt needed is a M10x65mm.To avoid damage to the frame you could print the top cover that is included here as well. A metal top bracket will hold everything in place even better but pay attention as it could scratch your bike when it moves around while tightening the bolt.

Use the specific models if you want to fit an AirTag or Galaxy SmartTag securely and out of sight between stand and frame.

The original cable holder underneath the frame is to be removed and can be refitted easily if needed at a later time.

Tested with Decathlon and Ursus stands.

Installation is rather straight forward, check out this YouTube video

3D printing settings

0.30mm layer height
50% infill (full honeycomb)
4 perimeter shells
PETG
Supports needed

Print time about 4 hours at 85mm/s with the narrow part facing up.

Lower infill can be used but strength of this adapter has only been tested using the above mentioned settings. Smaller nozzle size however is not recommended.
