3D model description

V2 now included, with a closed loop design requiring much less support when printed upright and increasing rigidity.

This is a slim and sleek cupholder that I designed to stick on to a vertical surface in the passenger footwell of my car (an '80s Nissan).
This will be mainly suitable for older vehicles that have flat sided surfaces that you can stick on to with some quality double sided tape or hot glue.
If you like this design, message me and I can revise it to work specifically for your application.
Includes a second, removable ring that sits in the top and stabilises cans.

3D printing settings

LH: 0.2mm
Either use 100% infill or 1.6mm walls (only area that needs infill is the attachment point).
Print upright with 60 degree support overhang angle and about 40% support density with a wall line count of 1. I use gyroid (CURA).
Support brim suggested as the supports are fairly tall and thin.
