Size: you can print the figure in any size you want. My figure was printed in 1/6 scale (30cm / 12") so I had to enlarge each part in cura by 168%.
IMPORTANT: The base hole may be a bit small to fit the leg pole once it's printed. That's due to a number of factors such as printing the base with a different layer height compared to the other pieces, PLA heat/cooling variations or inconsistent extrusion etc...To avoid that, make the base is slightly larger (you can increase the size percentage in cura for instance) so you wont have any issues fitting the leg into the base hole. Alternatively you can use a heat gun for a few seconds on the hole so it leg can fit the cavity. If the base hole is too big for the legs when you try to join/connect them together you can roll a seller tape a few times around the leg pole so it will fit properly into the base cavity.
Leg: the right leg is slighty over ground. That was intentional as I planned to do a diorama where Kitty’s foot would be on top of stone or other prop. You can use your imagination and add anything you want to the base in order to fill the gap (if that bothers you).
Post-Printing:You will need superglue to join all the pieces together. Make sure you use a strong one such as Loctite all purposes superglue (gel had the best results in my trials) or any similar brand. Avoid epoxy as the parts will need to be clamped for a while in order to work (not an option here due to the nature of the model).
Sanding and priming (ideally with a filler) are a must here if you intend to airbrush it or paint over it.
