Tonie Wheel for NFC Tonie

My Toniebox ferris wheel project:
Inspired by Sascha Weyh his big wheel, I wanted to know. After a year as an active hobby 3D printing fan, I ventured into
the first big project. Since my son has a static passion for Tonie figures, I had an idea here. At first I thought of a shelf in the
form of a cloud with the possibility of the Tonis sticking to washers. Unfortunately there are now three clouds and the
space is getting tight. For this reason I did a little research and discovered Sascha his project.
But I wanted to call it my own and have copied a little. Implementing this from an image with insufficient knowledge in
Fusion 360 was not that easy. After what felt like 30 hours of work, I think that my result can be shown.
I hope you like it too. If something doesn't fit or you have change requests, I would of course be happy to hear from you,
but now to the essentials.
Printable on a print bed 300x300 to avoid cuts. So far I have only printed it with PLA, but it can certainly also be made childfriendly
with other materials.

The connectors can all be printed at the same time. Everything should be printed horizontally and the wheel on its side. I
don't need any support, raft or brim. The colors are a matter of taste so let's go.
In order to move the Tonie figures to hold on the wheel, I ordered self-adhesive ferro tape in 35mmx2500mm from
Amazon. I glued everything UHU Allplast, including the big A. A hot glue gun is also safe.

Mein Toniebox Riesenrad Projekt:
Nach einem Jahr als aktiver Hobby 3D Druck Fan
habe ich mich an das erste große Projekt gewagt. Da mein Sohn eine stätische Leidenschaft für Tonie Figuren hat
musste eine Idee hier. Als erstes dachte ich an ein Regal in Form einer Wolke mit der Möglichkeit die Tonis auf
Unterlegscheiben haften zu lassen. Leider sind es mittlerweile drei Wolken und der Platz wird langsam eng. Aus
diesem Grund habe ich ein wenig recherchiert und habe Sascha sein Projekt entdeckt.
Ich selbst wollte es aber mein eigen nennen und habe ein wenig J abgeguckt. Dies von einem Bild mit mangelnder
Kenntnis in Fusion 360 umzusetzen war aber nicht so einfach. Nach gefühlten 30 Stunden Arbeitszeit denke ich aber,
dass sich mein Ergebnis zeigen lassen kann.
Ich hoffe, Euch gefällt es ebenfalls. Sollte etwas nicht passen oder Ihr Änderungswünsche haben, dann würde ich mich
natürlich über einen Hinweis freuen aber nun zum wesentlichen.
Druckbar auf einem Druckbed 300x300 um Schnitte zu meiden. Gedruckt habe ich es bisher nur mit PLA aber sicher
lässt es sich auch mit anderen Materialen kinderfreundlich herstellen.

Die Verbinder können alle gleichzeitig gedruckt werden. Alles sollte liegend gedruckt werden und das Rad auf der Seite
liegend. Ich benötige kein Support, kein Raft oder Brim. Die Farben sind ja Geschmackssache also los geht’s.
Um die Tonie Figuren am Rad zum Halten zu bewegen, habe ich bei Amazon selbstklebendes Ferroband in 35mmx2500mm
bestellt. Geklebt habe ich alles UHU Allplast auch vom großen A. Sicher geht auch eine Heißklebepistole.
