Hydroponic plantpot HidroPot : Hydroponic plantpot

Español: Este es una planta para crecer una única tamaño de medium con un sistema hidroponic. It is meant to hold inside a submersible air pump (i am currently using the Air Pump, Rs-600 LA i will put the link to amazon below). It has conducts inside the pot structure to put the air intake tube for the air pump and the power cable so it has a more polished minimalistic look.

English: It is a pot to grow a medium size plant through the hydroponic system. Inside you have to include an aerator (I'm currently using the Rs-600la model, it's available at the market). The pot has two ducts through which you must pass the hose for the air intake of the aerator and the cable of the aerator, this way it gives it a more minimalist and more polished appearance.

To install the AIR PUMP you have to feed the air intake tube throught the upper hole of the pot (it helps to fit a pice of filament inside the tube to make it more stiff) and then connect it to the AIR PUMP.

TO FIT THE POWER CABLE YOU WILL HAVE TO CUT THE END PLUG AND THEN RE JOIN IT, this is easy to do, it is not necesary to solder, but you will need electric tape, look it up in youtube if you dont know how to do it, its simple dont worry.

To install the aerator you need to pass the hose through the top hole of the pot (to make it easier to pass a piece of filament inside the tube so it is more rigid) then you connect it to the pump.

TO PASS THE CABLE THROUGH THE CHANNEL, IT IS NECESSARY TO CUT THE PLUG POINT, then you pass the cable and you join it again, you can weld it so that it is neater but it is not necessary, if you are going to need heat shrink tubes or insulating tape. If you don't know how to join wires, watch a youtube video first, it's very simple.

For hydroponic cultivation you need a substrate (pearlite works well and is cheap) that will be placed filling the entire cavity of the lid. The pot needs to be filled with water to which the necessary nutrients have been added (you can buy these at the market, look for hydroponic nutrients). Then the lid is placed on the pot and the plant is placed in the substrate.
