3D model description

**Knocking-up paper jogger block for print finishers. Tried and tested for over 6 months in the print finishing department. They only need supports due to the magnetic strip slots under the jogger.

**Includes 5 files of 5 different sizes and shapes:

X-small Paper jogger H88xL250xW130mm with rounded ball handle that can take 2x optional 12mm wide x 2mm thickness magnetic strips (The green one, on the photo gallery),

Small Paper jogger H100xL250xW140mm with 50mm diameter handle, that can take up to one optional 20mm wide x 2mm thickness magnetic strips,

Medium Paper jogger H100xL300xW140mm with 50mm diameter handle, that can take up to 2x optional 20mm wide x 2mm thickness magnetic strips,

Large Paper jogger H114.8xL300xW167.8mm with 50mm diameter handle, that can take up to 2x optional 20mm wide x 2mm thickness magnetic strips,

X-Large Paper jogger H139.8xL300xW167.8mm with 50mm diameter handle, that can take up to 2x optional 20mm wide x 2mm thickness magnetic strips.

3D printing settings

**Must use normal supports.
Must use at least 70% infill for extra strength.
Must use Cubic infill pattern.

You can use any 0.4mm-1mm nozzles.
Increasing wall thickness to 3mm or over is recommended.

**Specifications of X-small model:
EXAMPLE!
Size: 130mm x 250mm x 88mm,
Print weight on Cura using the settings stated below: approximately 1077 grams (uses 1kg roll bang-on with these settings but some filament rolls may vary),
And Cura print time (Ender 5 Plus 40mm/s): approximately 3 days, 17 hours and 32 minutes. You can achieve a much faster print using a bigger nozzle diameter, bigger than 0,4mm.
