3D model description

Light weight Candle Holder Numbers designed for a standard birthday candle. Typical number candles (or 3D print models) were too chunky for my daughter's birthday cupcake, so I created these!

Birthday, anniversary, graduation, new year, or celebrate a sports team! These digits are useful for many occasions. Since the numbers are not too big, they may be incorporated into all sorts of designs. If you only want the numbers without the candle holder part, just print the first 2 mm of the models.

Download includes dual AND single extrusion models for digits 0 through 9.

Among the photos is a rendering with a variety of color combinations my daughter choose for added inspiration. The photo with her 8th birthday cupcake includes my Descendants Cupcake Toppers. Her 9th birthday was Thanksgiving Day and pumpkin pie was her request!

3D printing settings

Dual extrusion models are labeled "Inner" and "Outer" while the single extrusion ones just have the number in the filename.

Models vary in widths but have lengths approximately 70 mm (single extrusion) and 75 mm (dual extrusion) in the y-direction. They are 9 mm in the z-direction including the holder components. The numbers are 2 mm thick. If you only want the number (without the holder part), stop the print at 2 mm height. All models are oriented to print face down.

I printed with enough top and bottom layers so they are effectively 100% infill. No supports (the holder ring did not need it for me). No raft.
