This model was developed using several models of Wah trumpet mutes, modified and adapted to get the best sound quality using standard PLA or ABS filament

This was designed by trial and error to get the most similar sound and resonance

Thick walls allows to get similar sound to metal mutes

This mute fits on almost any trumpet

I add space to stick ahdesive cork or rubber bands

  • Max resolution 1

  • Layer height: 0,4mm

  • Line width: 0,7mm

  • Wall line count: 10 **This make your mute denser and heavier than using infill.

  • Supports: NO

  • Brim: NO

Print speed:

  • Outer wall speed: 10 - 15mm/s --- This is important to get blob free external surface.

  • Inner wall speed: 20 mm /s

  • Initial layer speed: 20mm/s

SHANK

Use the same settings, add a brim to enhance adhesion
