3D model description

This wall mount for my Festool track is made on Fusion 360. It can be mounted on the wall vertically or horizontally. It's also suitable for a lot of track on the market (Makita, Triton, Kawasaki,...) and you can also use the modified version Bosch for Bosch and Mafell Track.

You'll need two mounts to keep your track on the wall. Every mount requires one "main part" (printed on its side with support), one "rotating lock" for the cam lock, and if you want your track to be mounted vertically, one "vertical holder" only for the lower holder.

You'll need also a M5x25 (M5x20 for Bosch/Mafell version) flat head screw with a M5 Nylon insert lock nut, plus a M5 washer between cam lock and main part so it rotates easily;

I put mine on the wall with the pan head M4 wood screws (if you use the vertical holder, you'll need a longer screw on this one) but self adhesive should work just fine.
Supports are only needed on the main part (print it on its side) and vertical holder if you don't choose the "no support" version. I advise to use the no support one because it can bridge easily. Regarding the cam lock, you must print it the backside on the bed.

Edit 3 nov 2020 : The Bosch/Mafell version is ready and uploaded, the screw must be 20mm and not 25mm, the rest is the same (vertical holder and cam lock)

Edit 30 sept 2020 : So far this mount has been tested on Festool, Makita, Triton, and Kawasaki Track rail saw. If you test it on others track rail please tell me. A Bosch version of this track mount will follow.

Edit 14 sept 2020 : just added a Makita cam lock and a blank one on demand
Also added a "no support" version of the vertical holder, with a sacrificial layer (print the bridge easily without support and just drill a 5 mm hole after)

Enjoy your woodworking !
