3D model description

This is a remix of the Razor Crest ball which is the favorite toy of Grogu, the child, baby yoda :) what a name, ahh Disney :)

It happened that I had a roll of very strange PLA, no name brand, silver metallic silk PLA which was not sticking to the bed and the layers above supports tend to separate very easily. On top of that it printed well at 240 degrees ( Centigrade ). A horrible material to print, yet the only silver metallic I had that day. And my child wanted to have the ball to give it to her baby yoda doll. Ah, snap ...

So I re-designed the ball to separate the cut in the middle from the two halves. Also added a nice 20.8mm hole through top piece, so I can push a 20mm wooden dowel through them when assembling to get the parts perfectly aligned. The top part hole is made via modifiers in Slic3r, you need to look at .amf or .3mf files. Now it can be printed without supports!

Original files added as zip archive.

Enjoy :)
